What is hypnosis and how does it work?

Hypnosis is a powerful tool to reprogram the subconscious mind for positive, beneficial change. Hypnosis works by inserting suggestions into the subconscious mind that the subconscious uses to reform beliefs. Once these beliefs have been changed, or revised, new behaviors start to appear in the individual. This podcast discusses the theory of the mind, the reason why hypnosis works and why we can't just easily change our beliefs.
