Hypnosis is a powerful tool to reprogram the subconscious mind for positive, beneficial change. Hypnosis works by inserting suggestions into the subconscious mind that the subconscious uses to reform beliefs. Once these beliefs have been changed, or revised, new behaviors start to appear in the individual.
